If you are a governmental entity and are interested in licensing MOOSES, please provide the initial licensee information by clicking the 'Continue' button below, and a MOOSES™ representative will contact you to determine your agency's specific requirements.
PLEASE NOTE: As a MOOSES™ license applicant, you will be required to acknowledge and accept the MOOSES™ End User License Agreement. Your acceptance will constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of the MOOSES™ End User License Agreement and will constitute and contain the total agreement between Vanderbilt University and you with respect to this transaction. Any agreements entered into prior to or contemporaneously with this transaction, whether oral or in writing, will be superseded.
You will also specifically need to acknowledge, represent and agree that any other terms and conditions contained in an invoice, an acknowledgment, a purchase order, a check, or other document sent by or on your behalf shall be void and of no effect, and that Vanderbilt University shall have the right to return your payment and any non-conforming documents and will not be under any obligation to fill your order.
